Over the decades, Rawlings Manufacturing has earned a reputation for building machines that thrive in the toughest applications. Each unit features the proprietary Rawlings Super Hi-Inertia™ Solid Steel Rotor, which delivers increased momentum and allows its hogs to run at lower RPMs than conventional machines. This results in reduced energy consumption and lower maintenance costs over the machine's lifespan.

The Rawlings Hog is also tolerant of contaminants. When rocks or metal enter the grinding chamber, our machines are built to minimize damage, avoiding the catastrophic failures common in other systems.

The Rawlings family knows the meaning of hard work. The family business started as a small sawmill construction and consulting company in 1976. While growing a successful business within the forest industry, they raised their three sons, John, Craig, and Mike, in and around sawmills, working and learning the industry inside out from the bottom up. 

Rawlings Manufacturing Inc. still values the importance of owning and operating a family-owned company. The next generation of Rawlings – Cliff Rawlings – now works at the company and brings new energy to the future vision at Rawlings.
