Laidig specializes in screw-type bottom reclaimers that are designed to start up and operate under a full material load. The auger rotates on its own axis and pulls material toward the center of the silo floor and onto the next stage in the customer’s process. 

Laidig’s silo reclaim systems enable customers to store hard-to-handle materials in large quantities for long periods while eliminating issues such as rat-holing and bridging & automating the unloading process.

With an extensive install base in both the Southeast and Northwest U.S., as well as Canada, Laidig has deep experience in the forest products industry. Their systems are commonly used to handle a wide range of materials such as dust, chips, hogged fuel & bark for combustion, production, and load-out processes.
