Carbotech Group specializes in maximizing the productivity and efficiencies of sawmills and planer mills.  Its mission is to provide innovative solutions to the wood industry. From small equipment upgrades to major mill upgrades, the company can help its customers to lower their manufacturing costs.

Carbotech Group and its divisions have been in business for more than 35 years and have a team of experienced engineers, technicians, wood processing specialists, welders, and millwrights to design, manufacture, and install fully automated wood processing systems. 

From logs to lumber, Carbotech Group can provide machines, optimizers, and PLC/Controls for the log breakdown and the lumber processes. Moreover, our new plant in Roebuck, South Carolina, can provide faster and improved support to our customers in the Southeastern US.

Since July 2024, Carbotech Group has been the distributor of the Logmeter from Woodtech for North America, the Logmeter is a scanning system for logs on truck loads. It is also the distributor of the Finnos products including X-ray systems for logs and Grading Systems for boards.
