Description

The Saudi Wood Expo will be held from September 8-10, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reimbursable travel dates are September 5-11, 2026.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Saudi Wood Expo. To submit your request to participate and travel, follow these steps:

  • Once in the event request portal, you will submit your request.
  • Under “Registration Information,” click the box for “Add to Waitlist.”
  • Click Submit.

You will be added to the waitlist. SFPA will review your request for travel and be in touch shortly.

If you’d like to submit requests for more than one show, please return to this email or find the event in the member portal using the steps above.

Do not book travel until we have processed your request and you’ve heard from SFPA. 

IMPORTANT: If you have not already done so, you will need to create an account in our new member portal to register for any international events. You can create your account here: https://southernforestproductsassociation.growthzoneapp.com/MIC/Create

Anyone on your team who wishes to submit a travel request must also create an account, and it must be tied to your member company. If you need assistance with that, please contact Christian Moises, SFPA’s communications manager, at cmoises@sfpa.org.

Other notes of interest:

  • Spots are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and many events fill quickly. 
  • Because of high demand, event attendance is limited to only one representative per company. A second company representative may be wait-listed and approved later if circumstances permit. You will need to submit a separate request.
  • No more than two representatives per company are allowed by FAS rules.
