Join Thousands of Professionals
Shaping the Future of
Forest Products Manufacturing
at Forest Products EXPO 2025

The clock is ticking to register and make plans for the 38th Forest Products Machinery & Equipment EXPO from August 6-8 in Nashville, and you do not want to miss it!

EXPO is the epicenter of the entire wood products manufacturing sector - held only every other year - with numerous exhibitors showcasing state-of-the-art machinery and specialized services designed for the forest products industry.

This event brings together thousands of industry leaders and decision-makers eager to explore cutting-edge products and solutions, spanning advancements in hardwood and softwood log processing, remanufacturing, pallet industries, bioenergy, engineered wood products, and pressure treatment.

Seize this unparalleled opportunity to explore new machinery, engage with key decision-makers, reimagine your sawmill operations, and propel your business to new heights.

Advance registration of $35 is required, but it's a small drop in the bucket for the amount of networking, sawmill solutions, and innovation you'll experience.

The first 1,000 registrants receive a free commemorative EXPO T-shirt, so act fast!

HOUSING CUTOFF EXTENDED TO JULY 13

There's been a tremendous demand for hotel rooms this year - more than what we had in 2023 - and supply is limited!

This year’s official Forest Products EXPO hotel block includes four hotels, all within 1-3 blocks of the Music City Center. Those hotels are:

  • Cambria Hotel
  • Embassy Suites
  • Holiday Inn & Suites
  • The Westin Nashville

At this point, The Holiday Inn has the most availability, while the other properties have a few one-nighters here and there. Trust us, you won't find a better deal outside the official EXPO hotel block.

LEARN WHAT AWAITS YOU AT EXPO

When you register, don't forget to add these two important and insightful Summits to your order:

Sawmill Safety Awards & Summit (breakfast included)

Thursday, August 7, 2025 | 7-8:50 a.m.

Women’s Leadership Summit (lunch included)

Thursday, August 7, 2025 | 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

We should mention your registration includes access to the opening reception Wednesday, August 6, where you can visit six exhibitors offering a selection of beers - and collect all six of the customized glasses!

Spend the next two days:

  • exploring the show floor and connecting with 235+ exhibitors to collaborate on optimized sawmill operations
  • enjoying a friendly game of cornhole
  • unwinding in the Lumber Yard Networking Zone — where new relationships are built and longtime connections are strengthened.

AVOID HOTEL SCAMS

The official – and only – Forest Products EXPO contracted hotels and ensuing rates, which are contracted by SFPA, must be booked directly through SFPAexpo.com.

Many companies try to present themselves as being part of Forest Products Machinery & Equipment EXPO. They are NOT. They frequently offer attractive prices for familiar hotels, but be aware: these offers are usually untrue.

Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by SFPA or the Forest Products EXPO. Use only the links at SFPAexpo.com to safely secure your hotel reservation within the official Forest Products EXPO block.
