What Have You Missed From SFPA?

We understand your newsfeed may become busy, so here’s a recap of the news and resources we’ve shared during the past two weeks to help you get caught up – all in one place!

Forest Products EXPO 2025

Floorplan Expanded to Meet Increased Demand

We are about to surpass the number of exhibitors from EXPO 2023, so we have opened a limited amount of additional space in varying sizes given the high demand for EXPO 2025. If you've been on the fence about securing your space, now is the time before they're gone.

EXPO 2025 Hotel Advisory

Hotel pirates are already emailing and calling exhibitors and attendees presenting themselves as being an official part of EXPO 2025. They are not. Securing your room in the official hotel block can only take place at SFPAexpo.com when they open in April. SFPA nor the Forest Products EXPO can guarantee reservations made through any other agency.

Time to Update Your Company's EXPO Listing

We will start promoting EXPO 2025 to attendees in early February - and we're sending them to the Show Planner. Is your company's profile up to date in the exhibitor portal? If not, hurry!

Member-exhibitors exhibit space fees include the Level 1 marketing package with lots of options to promote your services, so we hope you'll use those features. Questions? Email expo@sfpa.org

Have You Considered a Shared Sponsorship?

Remember, shared sponsorships are an option, so if you’re looking at one of the more prominent options, perhaps you can team up with a partner exhibitor, share the cost, and maximize your exposure.
