March 2025 Southern Pine Lumber Shipments Southern Pine lumber shipments in March totaled 1.830 billion board feet (BBF), nearly equal to February’s revised shipments of 1.827 BBF.
Southern Pine Exports for April 2025 April 2025 Southern Pine lumber exports (treated and untreated) were up 22.7% over the same month in 2024 at 57.4 MMBF and up 34.8% over March 2025. Year-to-date exports, however, are running 4% behind the same period in 2024 at 179.7 MMBF.

International Promotion IndiaWood Expands Relationships for Southern Pine This was the ninth time AMSO, which is comprised of representatives from the Southern Forest Products Association, Softwood Export Council, and APA- The Engineered Wood Association, has exhibited at the show, which garnered 135 inquiries for American softwoods and Southern Pine.
Dubai WoodShow Elevates U.S. Softwoods, SYP This was AMSO’s 16th year exhibiting, and the stand was busy during the August 14-16 tradeshow, resulting in 108 inquiries to import U.S. softwoods. |
